Differentiated Learning Pathways: “The Roadmap”
Provides an education at the appropriate level of readiness and challenge
Our school offerings include: In addition to a wide variety of classes that are offered to Legacy students, all teachers are trained to differentiate for learning within each individual class. Teachers seek to offer a variety of presentation styles to match students’ learning styles and to offer different curriucular challenges to students within each class, being able to remediate where needed and being able to accelerate where needed for each group of students who attend each class. In addition, students take a math placement exam in 8th grade to ensure a correct math placement while students may also accelerate their world language-learning path by taking class at the appropriate level for them rather than simply by grade level.

These range from football, basketball, soccer, and volleyball to DECA, class leadership, Model UN, and robotics. Students can definitely find their niche at Legacy through these varied and welcoming sports and activities.
