Info on returning textbooks, uniforms, etc.

Dear Legacy Students, Parents, and Guardians,

We are pleased to share that we will have the opportunity to allow families to collect student items and personal belongings, and return school- or district-issued items on May 26 - 28. 

We will offer both a curbside process, as well as, provide students the opportunity to enter the building to clean out lockers. In light of the ongoing health and safety precautions, only students will be allowed to enter our building. Students will be required to wear a mask in the building (please bring your own) and will have their temperature checked upon entering the building.

There will not be a collection of district-shared electronic devices at this time. However, if you are not planning to return to a district-managed school for the 2020-2021 school year, please bring your district-shared device during your scheduled drop off/pickup.

School Materials Drop-off and Locker Clean-Out

May 26-28 

Students will have the opportunity to return school materials to Legacy and clean out their locker if they have one. Only students with a school locker, PE locker, and/or Band materials to return will be allowed to enter the building on these days. Students who do not have a locker, will participate in a drive-thru drop-off materials return. Everything will occur in our South parking lot.

Items to return include textbooks, library books, athletic uniforms, and other school materials that you checked out this year. If you checked out a chromebook and will NOT be returning to Legacy in the fall, please return it at that time as well. Please print and fill out this form before arriving at the school. 

For drive-thru drop-off, students and parents will remain in their car throughout materials drop off and will be asked to wear a mask. Please have items ready to turn in and be patient as everyone makes their way through our different stations. 

For students with lockers, please park in the south lot and use the crosswalk to our main entrance. You will need to enter and exit through the south doors.

Yearbook Distribution

While our yearbook staff met all of their deadlines to have the yearbook published on-time, we were recently made aware of an issue at the printing plant. Printing of our yearbooks is still in process and we will not be receiving them until June. Thank you to our yearbook staff for all of their efforts this year. We are looking forward to seeing the finished product. Once we receive a firm delivery date, we will send out information to all families regarding yearbook distribution.
