Mr. Jeff Fleischman is beginning his first year at Legacy High School after spending the last 10 years at Ralston Valley High School in Arvada. Jeff has also been a teacher at Silver Creek High School (2001-2005) in Longmont, Colorado, and at Mountain Ridge High School (2005-2008) in Glendale, Arizona. At Ralston Valley, Jeff taught English 12 as well as serving as the adviser for the school's publications programs. Now, it is time to begin a new chapter at Legacy!
Jeff earned his Master's degree in Secondary English Education, and his Bachelor's degree in Print Journalism both from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Additionally, Jeff is recognized as a Certified Journalism Educator by the Journalism Education Association. Prior to entering the teaching profession, Jeff was a sports reporter for the Longmont Daily Times-Call, and a sports editor at the Buffalo Sports News.
